On the 31st of December 2020, 1,031 new confirmed cases and 11 deaths were recorded in Nigeria, as confirmed by Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC).
To date, 87,510 cases have been confirmed, 73,713 cases have been discharged and 1,289 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory. A total of 948,048 tests have been carried out as of December 31st, 2020 compared to 938,602 tests a day earlier.
