Eminent pharmacists and healthcare professionals have continued to shower encomiums on Pharm. Judith Ngozi Udeh following the unveiling of JunGlobal Healthcare Solutions Limited, describing the initiative as a strategic response to growing healthcare market access and institutional engagement needs within Nigeria’s pharmaceutical sector.
The commendations were contained in separate statements made available to Pharmanewsonline shortly after Udeh concluded her five-year tenure at Geneith Pharmaceuticals Limited, where she served as Principal Manager (Marketing) and Head of Hospital and Institutional Business.
In one of the statements, Pharm. Faith Ufot Robinson, principal pharmacist at the University of Uyo Teaching Hospital (UUTH) and secretary of the Association of Hospital and Administrative Pharmacists of Nigeria (AHAPN), Akwa Ibom State Chapter, described Udeh as a “trailblazing pharmaceutical enthusiast and ultimate strategist” whose contributions have continued to resonate within the profession.
Robinson, who is also secretary of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN), Akwa Ibom State, and vice chairman of AHAPN UUTH Chapter, noted that the launch of JunGlobal Healthcare Solutions reflects Udeh’s commitment to bridging the gap between healthcare innovation and market success while supporting organisations seeking to expand within the Nigerian and African healthcare markets.
Also speaking, Pharm. Chinenye Georgina Okonkwo, chief pharmacist at the Enugu State University Teaching Hospital (ESUT) and former chairman of AHAPN, Enugu Chapter, recalled Udeh’s unwavering support for professional and association-based initiatives.
According to her, Udeh played a major role in supporting the association’s programmes, including its first drug exhibition in Enugu, through financial contributions and strategic backing.
“She was our most formidable ally and her support was never halfway. It is rare to find individuals who invest themselves so completely in a cause, but Pharm Judith Ngozi Udeh is that rare exception. She puts her full strength behind every initiative we launched and her hands were visible in every victory we claimed; her impact on our association isn’t just measured in figures, but in the incredible legacy of service she helped us build,” Okonkwo stated.
Speaking in the same vein in a statement published on Alltrending Online Drug and Health Information Channel, Pharm. Itoro Edet Obobg described Udeh as a forward-thinking pharmacist and healthcare strategist whose career has focused on improving access to quality medicines and strengthening healthcare systems.
With over 18 years of experience spanning pharmaceutical marketing, clinical research and healthcare development, Udeh has built a reputation for advancing access to quality medicines across Nigeria. At Geneith Pharmaceuticals, she pioneered the Hospital and Institutional Business (HIB) Unit, a framework that strengthened partnerships with hospitals and healthcare providers while helping bridge gaps between pharmaceutical supply and clinical demand.
In 2026, she launched JunGlobal Healthcare Solutions with a focus on enhancing healthcare market access across Africa, a move observers say reflects growing demand for integrated and data-driven approaches to pharmaceutical commercialisation, healthcare access and systems strengthening on the continent.
“Beyond corporate roles, she is known for championing patient-centred care through initiatives such as the Empathy in Healthcare Dialogue Movement and youth-focused health advocacy programmes like the Geneith Health Competition (GHC). In this regard, Judith Udeh stands out as a pharmacist who has moved beyond traditional practice into shaping systems—linking medicine, markets, and people for better health outcomes,” He said.
Speaking on the vision behind the consultancy, Udeh said JunGlobal Healthcare Solutions was established to bridge critical gaps in healthcare market access, institutional engagement and sustainable healthcare delivery.
“JunGlobal was established to bridge the gap between healthcare innovation and market success. Our focus is to ensure that regulatory approval translates into real access, institutional adoption, and sustainable growth,” she said.
