Prof. Poly I. Emenike, is a distinguished entrepreneur, a philanthropist, academic, a Nigerian national honors recipient, and a prolific writer. He is chairman and Chief Executive Officer of NEROS Pharmaceuticals Limited, one of Nigeria's foremost pharmaceutical companies.

Emenike holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Marketing, both from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He received his PhD in International Business Management from the International School of Management (ISM), Paris, France. He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School (Pan African University, Lagos, Nigeria) and Harvard Business School, Boston, Massachusetts, USA. He was presented with the Napoleon Hill Foundation Gold Medal Award and Plaque at the University of Virginia, Wise Campus, USA, on Tuesday, 27th of March, 2012.
By receiving the gold medal award and plaque, Emenike became the fourth person to be bestowed with the Napoleon Hill Foundation Award, as well as the only person outside the United States to be decorated with such an award. He is also the first distinguished person to be appointed outside of the USA to serve as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Napoleon Hill Foundation. Prof. Emenike is the sole representative of the Napoleon Hill Foundation in Africa for the publication and marketing of books from the stables of the Foundation. He is also a certified instructor of Napoleon Hill's Success Principles.
In November 2011, he was conferred with the national honors award of Member of the Order of the Niger (MON) by the Federal Government of Nigeria in recognition of his outstanding services to his country, his illustrious achievements in business, his philanthropic gestures to humanity, and his contributions to national development. He is also a highly esteemed community leader.
He was one of the 50 distinguished alumni of the University of Lagos who were honoured at the commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the institution in 2012. He is also a member of the Advancement Board of the University of Lagos. Prof. Emenike was among eminent Nigerian citizens recently celebrated and honoured by the government of Anambra State of Nigeria when he was conferred with The Philanthropist Extraordinaire and Business Titan Award at the historic 25th anniversary of the creation of the State.
Prof. Emenike, is also a Pro bono part-time lecturer at the Department of Entrepreneurial Studies and the Chike Okoli Centre for Entrepreneurial Studies, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State. Prof. Emenike is visiting Professor of Entrepreneurship and Member of the Governing Board, UNIZIK Business School (UBS); Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra state, Nigeria. He hails from Nanka in Orumba North Local Government Area of Anambra State, Nigeria.
