Stockfish is a type of fish made from Codfish. It is highly consumed in many countries of the world such as Germany, UK, France, Italy, USA, Spain, Cameroon, and Nigeria. I used to think that stockfish has very little or no nutrient because of the drying. Now that I know it is highly nutritious like any other sea food, i will be eating lots of it.
