Nigeria Records 108 New Cases of COVID-19, 31 Deaths, Total 981

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has just announced 108 new cases of COVID- 19 and increase in deaths from 28 to 31 deaths.

With the 108 new cases, Nigeria now has a total of 981 cases, 197 recoveries, and 31 deaths.

Making the disclosure via its Twitter handle, the NCDC said: “As at 11:30 pm 23rd April 2020, there are 873 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria”.

They also noted that the 108 new cases are from different states in Nigeria, 78 in Lagos, 14 in FCT, 5 in Ogun, 4 in Gombe, 3 in Borno, 2 in Akwa Ibom, 1 in Kwara and 1 in Plateau.
