Nigeria has just recorded 663 new cases of Coronavirus, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced.
NCDC, on its verified twitter handle on Tuesday night, said that Lagos State recorded 170 new cases, Ogun recorded 108 cases, Bauchi 69 cases, Ebonyi had 49 cases, Edo 33 cases, Rivers 30 cases, Federal Capital Territory 26 cases, Jigawa recorded 26 cases, Delta 20 cases.
The tweet further revealed that Anambra had 17 cases, Gombe 16 cases, Kano had 16 cases, Imo recorded 15 cases, Abia had 14 cases, Borno 11 cases, Oyo 11 cases, Plateau recorded recorded 8, Kebbi had 6 cases, Kaduna 6 cases, Ondo 4 cases, Niger 2 cases, Katsina 2 cases, Osun 1 case, Ekiti 1 case, Kwara 1 case, and Nasarawa 1 case.
Presently, 13464 persons have tested positive for COVID-19 in Nigeria with 4206 patients discharged and 365 deaths recorded in 35 states and the Federal Capital Territory
