Nigeria Records 87 New Cases of COVID-19, 35 Deaths, Total 1182

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has just announced 87 new cases of COVID-19 and increase in deaths from 32 to 35 deaths.

With the 87 new cases, Nigeria now has a total of 1182 cases, 222 recoveries, and 35 deaths.

Making the disclosure via its Twitter handle, the NCDC said: “As at 11:55 pm 25th April 2020, there are 1182 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria”.

They also noted that the 87 new cases are from different states in Nigeria, 33 in Lagos, 18 in Borno, 12 in Osun, 9 in Katsina, 4 in Kano, 4 in Ekiti, 3 in Edo, 3 in Bauchi and 1 in Imo.
