Global Health Project and Resources (GHPR) organisers of the Nigerian Healthcare Excellence Award (NHEA) has announced the commencement of nomination exercise for the 11th edition of the awards.
NHEA is an esteemed annual event dedicated to recognising and celebrating exceptional personalities and organisations for their outstanding contributions to the healthcare sector. With a decade of impactful existence, the laudable initiative has consistently focused on elevating the quality and standards of services provided by various stakeholders in the industry.
In a press release shared with Pharmanewsonline, signed by Dr Anthony A. Omolola,
Chairman, Advisory Board, he disclosed the theme for this year’s event, as “Collaborating for Impact: Strengthening Health Systems through the SWAP Approach”. The theme highlights the role of multi-sectoral partnerships and coordination; reflecting the importance of collective action and stakeholder engagement across public and private sectors for a more effective and resilient healthcare system.
Each year, he said NHEA’s awards are the culmination of comprehensive research and meticulous evaluation by a team of eminent professionals, all dedicated to recognizing the innovation, quality, and excellence that shape our healthcare landscape. The awards not only honour achievements but also inspire ongoing improvements and elevate the standards of service among stakeholders.
He said the 2025 nomination opens today and closes at midnight of 2 May, 2025.
