- To Stream Programme Live on Pharmanews Facebook Page
Just four days left, and the D-day will be here, on 1 October 2019, when the management of Pharmanews Ltd., will roll out the drums in appreciation to God for sustaining the business for forty good years, and for keeping the Publisher, Pharm. (Sir) Ifeanyi Atueyi for 80 solid years.
Aside from the two anniversaries, the programme will also feature the launch of Atueyi’s autobiography titled “My Life and Pharmanews”, and there will be awards presentation to about 50 pharmaceutical companies, which have been supporting Pharmanews since inception.
The two-part autobiography chronicles Atueyi’s 80-year odyssey of life and circumstances that led to the birth and success of the 40-year-old journal.
Although the Sheba Event Centre, which is the venue for the programme, cannot accommodate all our friends, except those that have been specially invited, the interesting news is that everyone can watch the programme Live from any part of the globe, on Pharmanews Facebook Page, as the event will be commencing by noon.
In as much as attendance is strictly by invitation, we wouldn’t want any of our friends to miss out of the programme, so simply connect with us Live on our Facebook Page for 1 October, by 12 noon.
“Thanks for all your support over the years, we are most grateful”, said Atueyi in appreciation to all friends and family members, who have been in one way or the other part of the success story.
Pharm. Atueyi was born at Okija, Anambra State, on 1 October 1939. He studied at the Dennis Memorial Grammar School (DMGS), Onitsha and the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) Ile- Ife, where he graduated in 1964 (Diploma in Pharmacy) and 1967 (B.Pharm Second Class Upper Division).
