Today, Smile360 continues to make intentional efforts to provide cutting-edge treatments designed not only to enhance smiles but to truly transform lives.

The dental service is currently expanding that vision through 3D digital smile design, powered by facially driven diagnostics, same-day restorations using cutting-edge CAD/CAM workflows.

In-house 3D printing labs for surgical guides and prosthetics, and AI-integrated diagnostics and software to ensure predictable treatment planning.

While Shumbusho acknowledges that technology alone is not enough, they combine it with empathy, personalised consultations, emotional safety, and storytelling. “That’s what drives both clinical outcomes and lasting patient satisfaction,” she added.

One of its strategies includes comprehensive training for every Smile360 doctor. “Not just in dentistry but in how to connect, educate, and empower our patients,” says Smile360’s boss.

For Shumbusho, this seamless blend of precision, empathy, and execution sets us apart and keeps our patients coming back with smiles that tell their story.
