Following the nomination exercise for the Dean of the Year 2023, which ended 12 July 2023, a specially constituted panel has conducted background checks on nominees with the highest nominations, who also met the stipulated criteria for the poll.

Thus, the candidates for the Online Poll have been shortlisted as follows: Prof. Azuka  Oparah (UNIBEN); Prof. Benjamin U. Ebeshi (NDU);  Prof. Chibueze Ihekwereme (UNIZIK); Prof. Ighodaro   Igbe  (IUO); Prof. Margaret Olubunmi Afolabi (OAU); and  Prof. Theophine C. Akunne (COOU).

You are to vote for the candidate of your choice among them, while the candidate with the highest votes emerges the winner.
