The Association of Hospital and Administrative Pharmacists of Nigeria (AHAPN) is billed to hold its 22nd Annual National Scientific Conference in Ilorin, Kwara State, from 2 to 6 August, 2021, at the De Peace Hotel & Suites, beside Rhema Chapel, Tanke, Ilorin, Kwara State.
Themed: “Advancing technological revolution in pharmaceutical service delivery”, the conference will feature prominent Nigerians and experts in the likes of : the Governor of Kwara State, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, as special guest of honour; HRH Alh. (Dr) Ibrahim Sulu Gambari , Emir of Ilorin; Mallam Yusuf Olaolu Alli, chairman of opening ceremony; Prof. Patrick Omolua Etah, keynote speaker; Pharm. (Mazi) Sam Ohuabunwa, PSN president, chief host; Dr Kingsley Amibor, national chairman, AHAPN, chief host; among others.
Speaking on the expectations from the conference, Dr Amibor assured members of quality and well -researched presentations at Kwara 2021, saying it will be one of the best conferences they would have ever attended. He also allayed fears of members about insecurity, stating that the association is working hand –in-hand with the state government to provide maximum security for all delegates.
