The Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) has appointed a new Registrar, in the person of Pharm. Ibrahim Babashehu Ahmed.
His appointment was officially announced today 7 April, 2022, during a special meeting of Governing Council members of the PCN, at the Fred Adenika Auditorium, Head office and Registry, PCN, Idu, Abuja.
The Council Chairman, Prof. Ahmed Mora, made the disclosure to Pharmanewsonline in a telephone interview, confirming the appointment of Ahmed as the new Registrar. He noted that the new Registrar will resume officially in June, after the tenure expiration of the outgoing Registrar, Pharm. (Dr) N. A. E Mohammed.
He said “The special meeting of the Governing Council of the PCN has approved the appointment of Pharm. Ibrahim Babashehu Ahmed, FPSN, as the new Registrar /Secretary of the PCN.
“He will take over from Dr N. A. E Mohammed, the current Registrar, whose tenure will end in June, 2022”.
