Ebonyi PSN Elects New Executives

The Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria, PSN,Ebonyi State Chapter, has recently elected new crop of executives to pilot the affairs of the state chapter for the next three years.

The election was conducted on 16 September, 2020 at the St. Theresa’s hall, Abakaliki, Ebonyi State.

A total number of 19 members were present at the election, while three persons sent their apologies.

After the election, Pharm. Bernard Anasi emerged as the chairman with 14 votes, Pharm. Juliana Adeoye won as the vice chairman with 16 votes, Pharm. Chioma Okonkwo, emerged secretary with 14 votes, Pharm. Hyugen Ndu O. Ndu won as assistant sec./PRO with 15 votes, Pharm. Christopher Oko became the financial secretary with 14 votes and Pharm. Eunice Igboke won as the treasurer with 15 votes.

Sworn in by Pharm. Nnaka O. Okereke, the new executives were charged to carry out their duties and build bridges while carrying every member along.

The newly installed chairman, Anasi appreciated all members for their presence and patience till the end of the elections and promised to work hard to ensure smooth running of the PSN in Ebonyi State.
