If making everyday life easier and more comfortable for the masses were a person, it would definitely be the Nestle brand. For years, the company has positioned itself at the heart of Nigerian homes and communities, delivering products that fit seamlessly into the rhythm of daily living.

This commitment to comfort has taken a new dimension with the launch of a NESCAFÉ Kiosk at Ojo Bus Terminal in Ibadan. Located within one of the city’s busiest transport hubs, the kiosk brings quick, quality coffee directly to commuters, drivers and traders who begin their journeys long before sunrise.

The Professional Channels Manager for Nestlé Nigeria, Ibraheem Awelenje, via a press release emphasised that NESCAFÉ has always been about empowering strong starts, and this activation strengthens that connection in a meaningful and accessible way. “For us at Nestlé Professional, this initiative reflects our continued commitment to delivering quality beverage solutions to Nigerians wherever they are, even on the go,” he said.

Also, the manager at the bus terminal, Adisa Olumide commended this initiative that it fits perfectly into the environment. “Passengers can now access quality coffee just steps away from their departure points, without leaving the park. The feedback has been positive, especially around the rich taste and the prompt service, which fits perfectly into the fast pace of this environment,” he said.

The kiosk currently offers the NESCAFÉ 3-in-1 Original and NESCAFÉ Classic, with plans to inculcate MILO and other options in the nearest future, broadening choices for customers within the terminal community.

The launch is a reflection of Nestle Nigeria’s dedication to entrepreneurship and job creation. The kiosk operates under the company’s My Own Business (MYOWBU) scheme, which is a platform that enables local entrepreneurs to be trained and given business opportunities. The kiosk has created employment opportunities for the operators within the terminal while ensuring that it adheres to set standards in food safety and hygiene.

This initiative also has sustainability considerations in place as waste products will be effectively recycled and consumers also educated on the importance of abiding by these practices.
