Leadership masterclass designed for health and pharmaceutical professionals
The Bee Skilled Leadership Masterclass is a structured learning programme created to help professionals strengthen practical leadership capabilities relevant to real health system environments.
The masterclass follows a hybrid learning format that includes:
- Self-paced pre-workshop learning, available free of cost on the Bee Skilled Hive learning platform
• Two live virtual workshops led by a global leadership expert
• Post-workshop reflection and practical leadership application
Participants will explore practical leadership approaches, including how to apply different leadership styles, motivate teams, guide organisational change, and strengthen collaboration within health systems.
Facilitated by global health leadership expert
The programme will be facilitated by Dr. Andrew Brown, a pharmacist himself and an internationally recognised specialist in leadership development and organisational change within complex health systems.
Dr Brown has worked extensively with global health organisations, pharmaceutical sector and public health programmes, supporting leadership capability and system strengthening across multiple regions. His sessions focus on practical leadership insights that professionals can apply directly within their daily work environments.
Workshops scheduled for April 2026
The upcoming cohort of the Bee Skilled Leadership Masterclass will include two live virtual workshops scheduled for 13 and 20 April 2026, at 9 AM GMT / Local Nigeria time.
Participation in the pre-workshop learning phase is open to all registered participants, while the live workshops and CPD certification are available for a programme fee of USD 60.
